***Don't let the fact it must be notarized discourage you. I will ask my place a business how much to notarize a government document online and through Zoom, because we do that, and if I can get a discount.***
Please fill out the form and get it notarized so you can vote!

Sec. 2-47. - Representation of private interests
Prestige of office and improper influence. In connection with the representation of private interests
before the City, a City official or employee shall not:
(1) Assert the prestige of the official's or employee's City position for the purpose of advancing
private interests; or
(2) State or imply that he or she is able to influence City action on any basis other than the merits
Report your City Council person to the Ethics Review Board for not enabling the vote on the heavily modified non-binding term sheet, because they have all been in the media speaking for each other you can copy and paste:
"i am opening this investigation with the Ethics Review Board because the non-binding term sheet concerning Project Marvel has been heavily modified and does NOT meet the requirements of the community and The City of San Antonio; my City Council Person failed to do their due diligence in securing better options with Project Marvel including failure to notify their constituents of significant modifications to the project and violating the core of our democracy by restricting my opportunity to be heard, to give input, and to vote...and put the interests of private businesses before their responsibility and duty to the City of San Antonio and their constituents.
They failed under Chapter 2 - ADMINISTRATION ARTICLE III. - CODE OF ETHICS DIVISION 2. - PRESENT CITY OFFICIALS AND EMPLOYEES
Sec. 2-47. - Representation of private interests
Prestige of office and improper influence.
In connection with the representation of private interests before the City, a City official or employee shall not:
(1) Assert the prestige of the official's or employee's City position for the purpose of advancing
private interests; or
(2) State or imply that he or she is able to influence City action on any basis other than the merit
The media has covered all the City Council's narrative where they clearly used their position to assert their lie that the vote the Mayor is calling for is a "second vote," "vote again," "reopening" etc...; it is not because the term sheet has been heavily modified and we still have not seen the final version of the current term sheet without the land bridge and without the second hotel and the tax payers need to review, consider, and vote on it in the November ballot as any type of proposal should whether professional or personal.
That's due diligence and fiscal responsibility, you don't contract on a proposal/term sheet we have not seen.
The media coverage has made the narrative of City Council clear and apparent they have used their position to willingly influence and sway the narrative from the truth misleading the people by not enabling the vote on the generational debt and risk that is in the term sheet.
My Council person has used their title and position to influence City action and attempted to not enable the vote.
They have failed the City and their Constituents, the people they are supposed to report and answer to."
